We need to receive your complaint within 48 hours of the delivery.
For a full complaint, we need to get the item/flowers back with the receipt or order number.
If the order is to be cancelled, the entire payment will be refunded including shipping. Customers will get their refund within 2-5 working days, but if the bouquet has already been bound, we can only stop and refund the delivery cost.
If the recipients’ flowers are damaged, broken or withered, we will send out new ones. Therefore, the recipient must make a refund as soon as possible, by sending us a picture of the delivered flowers together with the receipt or the ordernumber.
You can cancel your order at any time if the order already has not been processed and shipped.
Orders with high order values that are made far in advance, usually need purchase planning, and if Lyxbukett already has made the purchase for this order, it cannot be cancelled.
It is not possible to cancel the purchase of an item that has already been shipped unless the item is broken or differs completely from the ordered product.
