Completed order means that you have accepted our terms and conditions and consent to your personal data being registered in our customer register.
When ordering on Lyxbukett.se, a purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you entered. We reserve the right to correct an order if delivery cannot take place for any reason.
Delivery of flowers is only made to recipients with a delivery address in Stockholm.

PERSONAL DATA

Regarding your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information you provide about yourself is used by Lyxbukett and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties beyond what is required for us to be able to fulfill your order, for example to delivery agents, or to fulfill a legal obligation according to law or court order.

CONTACT WITH THE RECIPIENT BEFORE DELIVERY

Lyxbukett contacts the recipient before delivery to ensure the delivery address. Contact takes place via phone or SMS.

DELIVERIES WITHIN SOLNA

Place your order 72 hours before you want the flower bouquet delivered, as we work with fresh and special flowers that come from Ecuador and Kenya, among others.

DELIVERY TIMES

We cannot guarantee deliveries at exact times. Deliveries take place on weekdays in the morning and afternoon.
Deliveries to companies are normally made before 4 p.m.

SECURITY OF DELIVERY

As the customer, you are fully responsible for ensuring that all information about the recipient is complete and correct. Any wrong deliveries or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete information, e.g. missing entrance code. The store calls the recipient to ensure the delivery, e.g. if there is no entrance code etc. In agreement with the recipient, the florist assesses whether it is possible to hang the flowers on the door (due to rain or other conditions) or leave them at the specified address.

MODE OF DELIVERY

We usually deliver our flowers by courier to the recipient's door.

ALTERNATE FLOWERS/COLOR/SHAP

Lyxbukett always does its utmost to match the ordered product. However, sometimes it is not possible to deliver the exact flowers (or the color or shape) that you have ordered. In cases where we do not have a certain flower or product, we have the right to replace it with an equivalent product. This means that we have the right to change a bouquet, as long as it still follows the same color and shape. If you do not want any other option, you must specify it when ordering.

CONFIRMATION

When you have completed your order on lyxbukett.se, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. If the information is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately.

RETURN / COMPLAINT / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Contact customer service if you want to return an item. Items returned must be unused, in undamaged condition and have all tags attached. If the product comes in some kind of packaging, this must also be included in the return.
In the case of complaints, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act apply.
Flowers are fresh products and according to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the right of withdrawal does therefore not apply. It is also important that you as a customer follow the care instructions that are included.

DELIVERY RETENTION

Lyxbukett reserves the right to cancel the order agreement and refrain from delivering the flowers if Lyxbukett has reasonable grounds to assume that the recipient of the flowers does not wish to have them delivered. Lyxbukett also reserves the right to refuse orders if the content of the card text can be perceived as offensive or unpleasant. In such cases, the customer has the right to get the money back.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lyxbukett offers an opportunity to send a video greeting or other video files when delivering flowers. This is done by using a QR code. Regardless of the technical format or the way the image(s) are sent, Lyxbukett or its partners cannot be held responsible for the content of the videos. This also applies to the recipient's continued use of the files, e.g. through sharing on social media
